CalSpas is seeking a Manufacturing Manager with proven ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Manager will be accountable for the overall performance of a department team. Responsibilities will include coordinating the production according to the specifications of a manifest, establishing and maintaining the production within the timelines of shipping out to the consumer.

Responsibilities

• Overall quality of product line
• Attend all production and safety meetings
• Cross train all personnel in the department
• Monitor Min/Max levels of raw materials
• As a team member, follow all safety, quality and production housekeeping procedures
• Flexible work schedule based upon project demands and business needs

Requires 3 - 5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
